I tried phoning this location several times to order a cake for my sons birthday no one ever answered the phone so I left a message. My message was never returned so I resorted to ordering a 10x14 sheet cake online. My brother in law picked up the cake for ... me not realizing that I had ordered a 10x14 sheet cake and they gave him a round cake instead. By the time I had seen the cake it was too late to go and get a new one. I phoned immediately asking for a refund and again, no one ever answers the phone, left a message again and again, no one returned my message. I phoned head office and started a complaint resolution, 2 days later and the owner had not reached out to me to resolve the problem. I finally tried one more time to call the restaurant directly and finally got through and was told they had an issue with their phone system. I haven’t eaten at Dairy Queen in years, and I probably won’t again. We ordered burger combos to-go and blizzards. The blizzards were awesome, but the burgers and fries were stone-cold! Terrible. And the lemonade/iced tea from the fountain machines tasted like water. Very disappointing.

Food was good until until I started tasting dirt turned the burger upside down and bam bun was moldy I did get a full refund Great people and service but check the buns

Great blizzard and cone. Quick service, staff was friendly. Will definitely return on another warm day!

Old school type fastfood restaurant in Colwood. I got coffee, and it was just average. The crowd is mostly the locals, the people living in the area. They sell ready made birthday cakes. The price seemed high compared to Walmart and Thrifty food.
