Orange Julius - Langford, British Columbia

Orange Julius drinks are supposed to be icey not almost water consistency & room temperature. Whenever I order one it’s pre made sitting there and he pours it in a cup. At the very least poir some ice cubes in and blend it for 10 seconds then pour! DQ bot, please ... don’t bother copy and pasting a reply to this like the rest. & if you do…..then it’s clear you don’t even actually read the reviews. Hows this place still open?! Ordered a hot dog for my 4 year old and waited about 10 mins for it because the worker forgot it while it was cooking. When he remembered, the hot dog was suuuuper hot and we decided to let it cool while we walked around the mall. 10-15 mins later ... it felt cool enough on the outside we let her try to eat some and she burned her mouth, spitting it out everywhere. We went back to ask for another hot dog that was appropriate temperature and he refused to give us another or a refund because he said we should've asked immediately. This was really bad customer service considering it was his error that he forgot it while it was cooking and should've made a different one off the bat. I took my kid here for a visit and he needed a cup of warm water. I bought a hot dog which costs $3.99 and I was expecting them to charge me for hot water which I was willing to pay. However, I was charged $3 for a cup of ... hot water. When I ask how much it was, the older guy told me it was $3 and told me "don't spill it" with very sarcastic tone. I hope people are aware of this and think twice before making any purchase. OK. I read the other people's review on the bottom and they have not been charged. Two thumbs up & five stars!!!!! Yes i just used five !!!!! My kids and I have been going to the Orange Julisus in Westshore Town Centre for over a year now. We always get treateed well, greated well, and food is fantastic! ny time I ask for an extra ... cup,/I am not charged anything by the older gentleman or the young woman that works there. Very pleased with the customer/service at this loaction. If I need a wet napkin, my hot dogs cut in half with extra paper. They never charge me, and are always happy to help out. Read more

My daughter had the flu and I didn't want to get sick so I asked for another cup to split our julius. The fellow said he could give me another cup for a quarter. No problem. It's reasonable to ask a quarter for an extra cup. But I didn't have a ... quarter, so I asked if I could interact it. He said no, sorry. I said are you serious. He said yes. My kids and I have been coming here for years. And now they're going to lose my business over a cup. Sorry buddy but I'm old school when it comes to the the minimal standards of customer service.
