Noodlebox - Langford, British Columbia

I ordered dinner and my order was messed up again. I ordered rice but i got noodles. Don't like noodles with the teriyaki bowl. I do recommend this dish if the restaurant gets it right.

Got take out for 2 meals (1 mild and 1 medium/hot spice). The mild dish was inedible as it was way too spicy and the medium/hot dish was not spicy at all. Called the place and the manager did not know what to do and asked me to come back ... with the dish so he could remake it BUT only the overspiced one. Since I was already to far away and didn't want to go back nothing was done and a waste of money! The ginger beef didn't taste ginger and the beef was dry and the teriyaki with chicken was blend. We were hungry after a day on the road. We ordered noodle bowl (of course). They were tasty but, way too much noodle and very little veggies and very little meat from what was expected. If you go there and you like noodles, you will like it. ... But if you prefer a bit of carb with more of the other healthier stuff, go somewhere else. These are expansive noodles. It waiting today to get lunch with a friend. And I ordered the ginger beef but substituted the beef with tofu and I got spice level hot. The only thing I could taste were the hot chili peppers because there was absolutely no flavor at all. You couldn't taste any kind ... of ginger. Also, the noodles were on the hard side. I don't think they were cooked all the way through. I think this is a new crew because the people that were there before did a good job of their meals. I was not satisfied with my meal today. I took the rest home and I added my own flavor to it to make it somewhat edible. I think I will go back to the royal Bay one instead. Because they make it perfectly with flavor and heat. The guy at the til was very kind and nice. I ordered “pad Thai box” w/ prawns & tofu, medium heat. Food came to 26$ & it was utterly gross- did not remotely taste like pad Thai should….tasted like berm noodles & ketchup. And it came in a bowl- and the lid didn’t ... fit. And it leaked through the bag and fell out onto the ground. I remember eating noodle BOX as a teenager in Chinatown in Victoria when it was just a food cart.
