KFC - Langford, British Columbia

Chicken tastes strange once you get past the skin, potato salad had uncooked potatoes, gravy tasted super watered down. Haven't ordered KFC in forever so not sure if this is just the new standard. Won't be ordering again that's for sure.

I ordered spicy pop corn chicken and when i got home i noticed it was not spicy. I called and they said they made what i ordered. I took the pop corn chicken back, they said they will make a new order. There was 2 other customers ... inside waiting for there order,( not busy). I had to wait 1/2 an hour for my chicken, i thought they were making fresh, hot, chicken for me, but no, it was cold. Soooo disappointed, i won't go there again. Read more

The lady on the left said we need to wait for 10-15mins for our spicy chicken. After 20mins she said will be another 3 mins and we wait another 10mins for our chicken :) And without any sorry. And not sopken in another language with the back in all ... the time. Read more

The staff here seem to have customer service figured out. KFC is fairly consistent across North America, and you’ll get what you want here. But the staff will help you get more food for less if they can recommend an amended order, and just understand you and get your order ... right. Read more

Whenever we have been to this KFC (and it is frequent because of my husband's chicken addiction 😂) the staff have always been amazing. By far the most kind, fun and awesome staff. If there were more stars they would deserve it.
