Domino’s Pizza - Lakeshore, Ontario

Great food, great service, polite staff, and amazing management!

Food was just coming out of the oven when I arrived. I ordered ahead for a 6pm pickup. Walked in the door 2 mins early and watched them put my pizza in the box. Polite and friendly counter worker. No issues at all. Love the service.

The belle river location for dominoes is excellent. The delivery is super quick- i live 10 mins out if town and they are always at my foot within 35 mins. Love it. Pick up is fast- coupons are good.

I ordered there last night and was disappointed. I ordered a pizza that said extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and extra sauce and got the same amount of pepperoni as asual and barely any sauce. Tried warming it up for lunch, and it was terrible and dry. So now I have a ... half of pizza I can't eat. Where is the sauce? I am so glad it was 50% off, or I would have really been upset. I ordered 3 pizza’s, bread and wings last Friday. I got there 7 minutes before my estimated time for pick up and my order was already sitting there waiting. I gave my name to the guy who said it had just come out. Then a female employee who ... was on the phone handed it to the guy I was talking to. He proceeded to take the call and leave me their waiting. A second male employee came and stood beside the one on the phone, doing nothing. I saw 2 others just walking around in the back. After 3-4 minutes of waiting, I asked if that order on the rack was my order, just sitting there getting cold. The second guy said yes it was. Another 2-3 minutes past before the first guy got off the phone and walked over to the rack. He then said my order was under the heat lamp. (However you can see in the photo it is not turned on, so it’s not doing my order any good) he then took his cell phone out of his pocket to text someone. My 16 yr son and I were shocked. From the time I walked in, to the time I was back in my car, was 13 minutes. Never the less my entire order was room temperature at best by the time we got home, only a few street over. We have also ordered from them on 3 other occasions. Each one of them our order has been messed up. No attention to detail and terrible customer service. Very disappointing. Read more
