Me & my girlfriend were starving and had no clue what to eat, so we decided to step into PitaPit. The experience was fantastic from start to finish! Annie, the lady working there, was incredibly helpful. She guided us through the menu and helped us choose the perfect, well-balanced pita. ... 4:00pm on a Sunday afternoon. One woman working, 3 people already sitting down eating. Stood there for 15 minutes with absolutely zero acknowledgement. Left. I really wanted a pita. Went back 15 minutes later and now nobody in the store. Waited another 15 minutes. Nothing. Walk right bye me 6 ... or 7 tomes. Bought a $1 dollar book for my wife (and for charity) then finally left with no pita. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time. Read more
i went in with my boyfriend and ordered two wraps. before he could finish ordering the first wrap she interrupted him and asked if that was all he wanted, he was still mid sentence. then after placing our order it came to the toppings. she was very rude and very ... disrespectful, rolling her eyes and sighing every time he asked for a topping. she then proceeded to look me and him up and down, grimace and turn away. she was extremely rude towards us and the couple who ordered before us, using the same mannerisms to them. 28th Jan @ 3.30pm : Worst experience at a pita pit location! Service 0/10 Food 3/10 Literally got served cold pcs of falafel on piece of tissue paper (see images) In-dine experience seemed so average - no greeting or recommendation, no trays , and cold sandwich was served.
