This is NOT New Orleans Pizza. The name of this place is Tyme Pizza. Don't be fooled. Does not taste like New Orleans Pizza but the menu is almost the same as New Orleans Pizza. I ordered the two panzorotti deal and when it arrived they were both wrong. We called in and they said that they were going to be starting renovations soon, but to call back and they would honour the proper food at a later time. We did just that tonight and ... were told that they are under new ownership and refuse to honour any credits offered by the old owners. Clearly this new ownership does not value their customers, so we won't be back. Read more

I ordered a medium, thin crust, double pepperoni, extra sauce, well done. This is what I got. Extra Sauce? No. Double pepperoni? No.

Horrible Staff! I've had 2 bad experiences over the past month here. The first time I asked for no cheese on one of our pizzas and they screwed up and put cheese on. When I called to make them aware of the error they told me they didn't care and there ... wasn't anything they could do as they delivered the pizza already. I filed a formal complaint and received a gift certificate for the trouble. We then went back a few weeks later and were told by the same staff that they wouldn't recognize the gift certificate or coupons at that store and to drive to another store. When I asked for the manager I was told that he didn't have time to see me. Too bad New Orleans Pizza I've been a loyal customer for years. No more! Read more

Ordered a pizza and found a hair encrusted in a slice I initially brushed that off but then I found more hair throughout the whole pizza which was absolutely disgusting and when I called and told the guy about it in a calm manner he replied simply with "ok" and ... they have refused to give a refund. Disgusting service, disgusting food. I will be calling head office. Read more
