Little Caesars Pizza - Kitchener, Ontario

Staff here must really hate their jobs, but I guess that's what happens when you leave high school children in charge of the place. The kids who close up at night think taking the garbage out is a game of basketball. Instead of putting the garbage in the dumpster, they fling ... it over the fence to the apartment building behind them. In the summer months, you can expect this to happen daily. If you take a walk around Heritage Plaza, it's covered in Little Caesars garbage. No pride from any of the staff here. Don't order online because you will never receive your order. I have ordered probably a dozen times, and hours will go by and its still "being prepped" according to the online tracker and doesn't make it into the oven. After closing, my order is often still not ready. I've called on a couple occasions to ask what's up, where's my order? They laugh and say they'll start making it now. I'm convinced the staff intentionally ignore the online orders so they have food for themselves to take home at the end of the night. Once or twice I could maybe understand, but a dozen non-picked up orders is absurd. There's no accountability, and no adults who manage this store. Its a shame that the franchise owner wants to leave his investment with a bunch of children, but doesn't want to hire a babysitter for them. Read more

The food sometimes doesn’t taste that fresh but It’s also a fast food chain so I’m not going to make a big stink about it. The staff is nice and very accommodating.

Theres these two workers that work at 11 am, one is nice and polite but the other one was mad disrespectful to me and my friend. dude embarrassed my friend infront of everyone and his tone is always mean!!!!! its always crowded too. crazy bread slaps tho 🤤😈 but srsly ... hes always rushing people and just not being professional. just let us get our food in peace Read more

My granddaughter and I got little seizures crazzy bread for lunch and it had NO flavor. No cheese and no butter. We were very disappointed at them. We were at the Lorraine avenue location in kichener at 1:00 Saturday March 16th

Always quick 'n easy. There's one guy that's usually there on late Friday and Saturday nights, he's got an awesome attitude, friendly service and frequently does extra stuff for me (i.e. making me a fresh pizza when he could have given me the one that's been sitting for half an ... hour).
