I needed 10 XL pizzas for a small work birthday lunch. The good gentlemen here did NOT disappoint. Everyone in this store is friendly and they listen and interact with all customers to ensure that the pizzas and customer service is top notch. I've had City Pizza pizzas many times at different ... locations. I now franchises are supposed to taste identical. They don't always. This pizza crust is a perfect thickness and the toppings, including sauce and cheese, are portioned perfectly. Excellent product. Outstanding customer service. Great staff. Pizza was really good, well made with generous toppings. Service was meh, not overly friendly and seemed that they forgot/gave away my pizza so made me wait longer.

I want to say a big thank you to the staff at the Weber Street location. I put an online order in and paid for, at what I thought was that location. It was not, it picked up my last order in Waterloo at a family members ... home. They sorted it out for me quickly and had my pizza's ready in about 10 minutes. Crazing a panzerotto, I took City Pizza up on there 2 panzerottis for $17.99 deal. Good value, panzos were quite large. Decent panzo, however I found the cheese odd, it was a mixture of minimal regular mozarella and seemingly some other type of thin, small, cylindrical cheese that was ... almost entirely unmelted, didn't quite hit the spot for me, but wife was happy.
