Ordered a dulce de leche cheesecake slice which was delicious, albeit expensive at about $9. A staff greeted me after a short wait and was friendly and helpful. I was given the slice in a box which I thought was strange because I didn’t ask for takeout but maybe that ... was standard? I would have preferred to dine in. The inside was a bit cramped which made it awkward to order since it was busy. Regardless, I asked for utensils was given some. I walked to the nearby park that was right on the other side of the parking lot and it was an enjoyable experience. The cake was definitely sweet which was expected but high quality and really rich. Lisboa Bakery & Grill was pretty good overall. We tried their white chicken dinner, dark chicken dinner & Portuguese tarts, and they were tasty. The fries were especially delicious. However, I think they could work on their customer service and the ambiance a bit.

Ordered a large tray of potatoes and rice for my work potluck, expecting the traditional taste from a Portuguese place. The potatoes came out with a brown hue full of oil, instead of the red you would normally expect. The rice is very bland, with not much veggies in it. There ... is no spice in these dishes either. I was very disappointed bringing these to work, especially for the price. Each tray was 40 dollars, and was expecting much more for that price. There was no hot sauce included at that price. The food can be described as bland and passable, but missing that Portuguese flavour and touch. I would definitely think about ordering from elsewhere. Read more
