Price advertised on website is not accurate to what they charged me. When confronted, staff claims each location has different pricing even when presented with the proof of the website listing their location. $108 spent on a meal that consisted of SO MUCH grease it was unconsumable, and the service ... was absolutely terrible. Salad delivered to the table without salad dressing, constant search for an employee to assist you, no drink refills offered, no napkins offered for the absurd amount of grease. I will most definitely never be going back to this location. What an absolute waste of money on what was supposed to be a nice dinner with my family. I am extremely disappointed. The difference between this location and the Waterloo location is night and day. I've given this location a few changes and everytime I leave feeling like I wasted my money. Although I would normally have photos, my family and I were just ready to tuck in. We came in rather late. 8:45, but we were seen and served in quick order. The food was good, hot and savory. My infant enjoyed the mango cake, my daughter ... loved everything we ordered and couldn't get enough of the dragon rolls. It's disappointing to see a trend were restaurants compromise on the quality of their food in exchange for saving expenses. I had the sweet and sour Chicken and hoped for a flavourful and enjoyable dish, but what I received was bland and uninspiring. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to meet ... even the most basic expectations for taste and quality. I sincerely hope that you guys takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality of your offerings. Fast Service! Food is good, portions could be bigger like the rolls don't seem to have enough of the sushi we are actually paying for, but that reflects in the price which is pretty damn cost efficient for me!
