Pretty badly run, at least during my visit today. Ordered 4 piece chicken meal and asked for and paid extra for all white meat. Waited about 20 minutes and overheard what I thought was a conversation in the back about not having enough white meat. Despite hearing ... this, I went home - 15+ minute drive and sure enough two of the four pieces were dark meat. Service, cleanliness and good quality staff is not existent at this location. We waited 20 minutes to get our full meal, while our fries sat on the tray for at least 15 minutes of it. Food was pumped out the drive thru but I guess our family and 1 other person waiting ... in the restaurant were of no importance to the staff or speed of service. No apology and no manager to be seen. To make matters worse the order was missing food and we had to wait and ask for napkins as well. This location is by far the worst place I have ever been to for customer service. It does not matter what time of day you go, you can expect to wait a minimum of 20 min and that is only if you are the first person in line. I love ... taco bell but unfortunately I do not have any other locations near me to go to. I have waited over half an hour for food on several occasions. I have never been offered anything to compensate for the poor service . I have complained many times but gave up because it was only met with rude reply from both employees and manager. There is so much more I could add about this location but I will just finish by telling you to go to another location of you have the chance! Back again.....18 minutes for 2 taco Bell combo's. Also noticed that 3 of the 5 star reviews are from employees. Also noticed that not one representative has ever replied to a bad review....that says it all. They do not care about their customers. As a nearly first time Taco Bell customer, this location did not impress. The waiting time to get food was quite a bit longer than I expected, and the front lobby area is not set up well to guide the customers. They give you an order number, but they don't ... call out the numbers, so it's pretty confusing. The guy who handed me my food mumbled something and seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification. Seems it was something about whether I wanted got sauce. Anyway, the food was pretty mediocre, and there wasn't much of it. The cashier was actually somewhat friendly.
