This place is simply unaffordable for a family. The ice cream is mostly melted and the treats you add to your dish are stale. I've tried it 2 x at different locations. The first time I took my 4 kids there and only they ate. 4 small ice ... creams in a paper cup with treats added was almost $50. I inquired aboutbthe cost and was told my kids added to many toppings (you pay by weight) and wss told it wasn't too bad if you just have the soft icecream and not much topping. 2 years later I went again, my 6 year old was dying to try it. 2 small paper cups 1/3 filled with ice cream and a few small sprinkles of toppings dish maybe 1/2 full and paid $13.62...not my jam. If the cistbfitsbyour budget, the kids enjoyed making their own sundae...but if you go to dairy queen they do the work and charge less than half price, better yet, get a box of 4 drumsticks at Freshco for $5.00 on a hot day 🙂 Read more

The lady who works the counter is polite and doesn't hover around while you make your creation. They have always accepted my coupons which some locations have not. Fun place to take a date or friend for frozen treat if you dont mind the price.

They let you sample all the flavours, and are constantly switching them out for new ones. Their hours are amazing for an ice cream place, basically the only place to get late night ice cream in the winter. Nice flavour and topping options in a clean and fun environment.

Cute atmosphere and lots of variety for topping and yogurt. A great date place! Often quiet. Staff are younger, think McDonald's age, so they are sometimes less than helpful but overall a great place for a chill hangout.
