The ice cream is so runny and melts so fast. Tried this location since the best one in Waterloo closed down and I used to visit it every week in the summer. Super disappointed at how runny the ice cream is compared to the Waterloo location. It melted so quickly ... that it wasn’t enjoyable to eat, whereas I never had this issue at the Waterloo location. Tried marble slab ice cream for the first time and I must say it is fancy one not like DQ or BaskinR. I really liked how you can customize your ice-cream with your own choice of toppings and syrups! They have got toppings ingredients like nuts, fruits, gram cracker, marshmallows, sprinklers ... you name it! As well as bunch of flavoured syrups to add in your ice-cream! The flavour is influenced when they mix it all on a slab, so the flavour of the ice-cream comes out really nicely influenced. My favourite one so far is the Raspberry cheesecake ice-cream. I also liked their mango flavoured ice-cream but it’s a seasonal flavour so do not be disappointed if you don’t find it on your visit. They also have vegan option available. The staff were very helpful and informative as well. Overall it’s worth trying, and as many mentioned that their is a price point to it; yeah but the ice-cream is uniquely delicious 🙌 Read more

Im disappointed.It wasn’t same as the picture.Also the ice cream melted so fast nothing special for that price.Not worth of money.

I found it to be a bit pricey, but most ice cream places tend to be. However the actual ice cream tasted great, the employees were nice, and there were a ton of different flavors and variations of ice cream and waffle cones/bowls. We enjoyed what we got, and there's a ... ton of stuff that we didn't try that it would be worth it to come back for. Read more
