waited over 45 minutes to get service at our table of 2 not once seeing seeing a waiter. people beside us were waiting over an hour for their food. no employee made contact with us after seating us. absolutely awful service, instead of pumping out new tables seated guests should ... be served. ended up leaving to get dinner elsewhere. Hello, Last night, my friends and I visited the place around 10 PM. We were at the bar counter and requested a table, but the lady informed us that the bar was closed. We didn't argue and were preparing to leave when everything was still fine. However, as we were leaving, another ... lady rudely shouted at us to get out immediately, even though we were already on our way out. We felt it was disrespectful, especially since there were many people still having drinks. We simply wanted to take a moment to appreciate the ambiance. I told the lady not to be so rude. Absolutely horrendous service. They were having a system error, and even though they knew they were having this issue, they did not notify any customer, even those waiting in line for 15+ minutes. Throughout the night they continually forgot orders, did not check in on any customers and provided incredibly ... subpar service the entire night. The bowling was fine but make sure you eat beforehand because there's no chance you're receiving any kind of mediocre service. Read more

The food and service were an absolute nightmare! We endured an agonizing wait of over an hour, only to be served ice-cold ribs, wings, and other dishes. This was the first time we tried Boston Pizza in a while. We stopped in for a bite to eat at a recent trip to Bingemans. The place was empty at 5:30 on a Sunday, odd as it is a fairly large restaurant. The service was great, and all our ... food came out quick. The food however is a different story, maybe it was just this restaurant, but the quality, taste, seems to have completely gone down hill. We got two chicken wraps and two kids meals. Nothing special about the food, very bland, not much flavour or taste. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen, but looking at some of the other reviews, and the fact we were the only ones eating, it sounds doubtful.
