Wow...Second time I've been here and the second time was 5x worse. I feel bad for posting this review, as it affects new arrivals to Canada, but it has to improve 1. It took 7min before anyone even came out to the counter. 2. They have a lunch menu, but out ... of the 3 people serving, no one understood "Lunch Menu" after saying it several times. I got the dinner menu instead (at 1:30pm), but then they found the lunch menu after ordering a meal. This process took about 10min 3. They didn't understand Teriyaki Chicken, a dish on their lunch menu 4. After 10 more minutes of waiting, they said they couldn't accept card, only cash 5. After trying to find out where an ATM was, they said they could accept card again 6. The food came in takeout containers, and the lady said I said takeout. I did not. 7. The food was mostly rice, and the chicken was so greasy I couldn't even finish it. I'm sorry, but you have to improve your service. Teach your employees how their dishes are pronounced. The food is EXCELLENT. The best lemon chicken, chicken balls, General Tao chicken, spring rolls, egg rolls and hot and sour soup I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get (I usually ask for a take out container when I ... get my food, I split it in half and have 2 meals out of it). Yes, the language barrier is a little difficult, and yes, when you call there you won't get an answer (they don't have a message service, but they obviously have call display and they call you back within minutes), but for the quality of food I'll put up with a little inconvenience. It's clean, it has good food and the prices are great..... I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Read more
