Swiss Chalet - Kitchener, Ontario

We visited Kitchener for an event and went to this Swiss Chalet. We had a great meal and time. We love to go to Swiss Chalet anywhere we go and actually think this one has the best service and quality. Even the way the meals were presented on the plates. ... Everyone we interacted with there were so professional. Our server, Betty was so friendly, jovial, kind and professional. It has been a really long time since we have received such attentive and kind service. It was truly refreshing. She is a true gem! We were all so impressed with the service and our experience. As a regular, went to have some Ribs and they had an AYCE deal going on. Was placed with Susy, who I have known for a long time and had awesome service as usual, plus I think that I set a new record for one sitting of 28 bones. Oops, ... oh well. =D Read more

Very disappointed. Chicken was dry, normally very good, ordered online and was 20 minutes late, fries taste like they were ready on time but sat for so long they are soggy and dry. We did not get the sauce we requested, food is sub par at best.

The bathroom could have used some attention but the staff was excellent and our food was the best we've had at any Swiss chalet yet.
