Williams Fresh Café - Kitchener, Ontario

I usually go to Williams for a coffee since its so close to my workplace and I always had a very good experience with food, service and ambience but I am giving one star for the service I received today. I ordered caramel latte with a brownie for dine in. ... The lady who took my order didn't even care to ask which brownie I would like to have even though I asked her what options are available. The caramel latte they made didn't even taste like a latte. It was very zero drink compared to what I normally get from same williams. I asked her to add whipped cream and caramel on top and they didn't even care. It was worst experience of my life and this was for sure my last visit here. Not coming again! Loved the vibe and the service! And the hazelnut crunch waffle was amazing. Its perfect for 2 dessert obsessed people. And we even got a free brownie by signing up in their app. Its a very quiet and cozy place with really friendly service.

Ordered a Power Bowel and a Sandwich with Gluten Free options during lunch time, and it's really beyond my expectation. The employee takes care of my gluten free requirement seriously with cautions. Will come back again for sure.
