Placed an order through Uber Eats at 1:30 on Good Friday for fish and chips. Delivery time selected was between 6:00 and 6:30. Order was accepted and we had guests over confirmed we had dinner. At 5:45 this location cancelled our order. I placed the order 4-5 hours on advance ... and you accepted it only to cancel 15 minutes before delivery window leaving us with a household of guests and no food. Completely unacceptable. Your Uber Eats was available earlier this afternoon around 1:30 and our order was cancelled at 5:40, 20 minutes before delivery window. If we could come into the restaurant we wouldn't have ordered through the app. We assumed it would be busy given Good Friday, which is why we ordered at 1:30 for a 6:00 delivery. Read more

My bf and i came from the states (first time in Canada), and we stayed at the local Marriott nearby. We were looking for food and stumbled across this place. We walked in at 10PM not knowing what time they closed (they close at 10pm) and the owner was happy ... to welcome us and take our order. He put on two patties on a freshly clean grill and served us like any other customer. Then he took out veggies that he already packed away and made our burger. Went here just because we were passing by and got 2 cheeseburgers and a large poutine for $36. Extremely pricey but was expecting good portions. Nope the poutine was sooooo small for $10.50. Won't be heading back to this place.

Ordered delivery tonight through skip the dishes. Two Buffalo chicken sandwich combos (one with nothing on it and another with just ranch sauce). A Shawarma combo and a gyro (hubby enjoyed the gyro was better but both were not great). They called to confirm our lack of toppings on ... the sandwiches and still somehow sent a Buffalo chicken sandwich with all the toppings on it and then completely forgot our second Buffalo chicken sandwich. Fries where supper soggy yet still somehow under cooked. I had to share the chicken sandwich (after picking off all the soggy toppings) with my son so we could both eat. The chicken was VERY THIN and over cooked. I definitely won't be eating here again. Read more
