I love Harvey's hamburgers, fries, and onion rings. Ask for the rings well done, and they are extra crispy. I never would have believed that there was any difference between Angus beef vs. regular, but I'm a believer. I love that I can ask them to keep adding pickles, and ... they will. I also like all the choices of things to add. I had never had black olives on a hamburger before Harvey's. I like it. Harvey's has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants for many years. The food was delicious!❤️️🍔 My husband and son love it so much that it has become a routine for us to visit this restaurant often. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and how well the staff treats my son. The staff keeps us coming back - they're a great group of ... people who always work hard. The owner and staff are always so welcoming and friendly! During our last visit, the restaurant was quite busy, but the staff served all customers with patience and kindness, making everyone feel like part of the family. I bought an original burger and fries and a pop tonight. The meat was uncooked. The young guy at the window was totally rude. I called and complained about the burger. The woman was so rude to me on the phone. She wanted me to bring the burger back right ... away. And that's all she was gonna do and I told her I lived 20 minutes away. I wasn't coming back to Kitchener. To return this half eaten burger. That was horrible and she says well, that's all I can do. And I would get another one. There were hardly any toppings on it. She hung up on me. I ended up calling customer service. Put a complaint in against her. That is the worst burger. I ever had the management. There does not know how to treat customer service with customer service with customer service with customers. And I am not impressed at all, and I'm taking this further. My family eat at Harvey every week. It's our family tradition. At Harvey the service was always good but this one was excellent. The staff was friendly and the owner, Mr. P was extraordinary. Great location on the fairway road in Kitchener, Ontario. The place is clean and welcoming. Families and individuals are there. The staff is friendly and helpful.
