Oh my God the service they provided was too good.The cashier was so joyful and she made my day.I was feeling low when I went there but her attitude towards customers made me feel better in every way possible.And the food was also good.

I'll never eat here again, i was first in line for an order. The cashier ended up serving everybody else behind me instead of getting the person who ordered first their food, they clearly knew they screwed up and they would not give me back my money for a refund. I ... will contacting upper management about their employees here and I will have them disciplined for their terrible work ethic. I found it highly disrespectful and distasteful to a customer. It's mall food so my expectations were not high to start with but when faced with a good court I always choose A&W. I wish I had read the reviews first as this was probably a new low for food and service @ A&W which normally does a great job. I ... ordered a Double Mozza Combo (no bacon) with rings and a diet root beer. The burger had bacon, granted one piece not the two it would normally come with I didn't order No Bacon. Ordered 2 Chubby chicken burgers and Sweet potato fries. Chicken was too salty and Fries were too oily. Couldn't eat. Worst service.
