the expirience in this restorount was amazing, i wish that all restorounts have workers such as Raman. She was incredibly nice to us and served our food extremly fast. 10/10, would reccoment.

This place is consistently extraordinarily filthy. No clean tables, dishes piled up, overflowing garbage, no straws available, and insects all over the windowsills. Finally, I am happy that now A&W has veggie burgers and too spicy ones, Piri Piri. Being a vegetarian, it's so difficult to find good veggie stuff. Also prices are quite economical. Their Piri Piri aloo patty burgers are my Go to n all-time snack n food anytime I ... can have. Kids friendly. Read more

Went to the Victoria Street Kitchener location this morning just after 11:00 am. Ordered two Teen combos with fries. When I got the fries they were the worse I have ever had, they were heavy, appeared and tasted like that had sat overnight in oil and seemed and tasted ... like they were reheated. I took them into the store and told them what I thought, I was told we can give you new ones but they never confessed that they were old fries reheated from the night before. I said no thanks I will take onion rings instead and paid to change the fries, no apologies or sorries, no nothing. I have been eating fries for over 55 years and honestly these were the worse ever….anything to save a dollar I guess. Anyway beware and for the record…I am not normally a complainer.
