The service here has always been great, thou they stopped giving out mints at the end. Staff is always friendly, some will even offer to hold your baby while you eat (two servers have done that so far and even thou they could only do it for a minute max, ... it was a million dollar offer. Went there last night with a big group of people, the service was slow however they were short staffed so I do not blame our server! If you ever want dinner and a show please go there and request Betty as your server! She was amazing, funny, very interactive with ... all of us, worked her butt off!! She even brought anything she could find to entertain my 2 year old son. The food was pretty good, but Betty made the experience!! Well done Betty, you've set the bar high! Read more

Staff did there best. No issue there. Menu has improved considerably over the last few years with gluten sensitive options. .a real plus. Not sure the food handling procedures have followed suit though as I did not feel the best in the hours and days immediately following my visit ... and quinoa chicken. It was kind of a repeat of a previous visit where I had a salad with chicken and it too left me feeling off. On the other hand people in my party without food sensitivities had zero issues. The waitress brought over nachos which were completely cold and lacked any sort of topics. Basically just plain nachos. I've actually never had such a terrible experience. Was not enough staff, or waitresses. We had a NEW waitress that had never dealt with the special for Tuesday which is wings.....and our table was 10+ Why on earth would you give a NEW waitress a table of that many people?!?!?! Especially ... for a special that she's never even heard of?!?!?!? She had no idea what she was doing, which is in no way her fault. It is reflected on the management. We felt terrible for her and she probably did as well. The manager had to come in 20 minutes after we thought our order had been taken and put it.....to retake everything. Speaking of the manager, she was shockingly rude and condescending and did not take any responsibility for how terrible the service had been. She kept trying to make it out to be our fault?!?!? I couldn't believe how rude and a b@!%# she was. It ended up taking 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food!!!!
