Fast, friendly service! And a good sub too

Good food and quick, friendly, service. Would recommend for anyone who likes subs.

We came in over 2 weeks ago and bought 2 subs when the girl was putting the meat on we said Woow there’s black hair all over the meat (girl never had hair net on ) at that time she was just going to take the meat off and apply ... new meat we said we would like a new one made and the co worker said the same she placed the sub with hair on it under the counter. Gross. We get home sit down to have our subs take a bite hair in the other sub in the lettuce. I called the store to talk to the supervisor she assured me that the owner would call me back. Followed up because the owner never reached out the supervisor said come down and we will replace them. When we got there we ordered our subs and went to the cash the supervisor came out called us liars , was raising her voice. I pointed out that the workers still didn’t have any hair nets on and was working behind the counter her excuse was she just started her shift I said well if she just started her shift she should have a hair net on or a hat the supervisor never had a hair net or hat on. We have been coming to this establishment for over 25 years have a good relationship over the years with the owner we have watched her kids grow and she has watches ours as well. Food is fantastic. It would be really nice if I have didn't have to call 6 times just to get the phone answered. Also keeping a consistent connection to Skip would also be nice. I choose my order but when I go to checkout a couple minutes later the store ... is closed. Then an hour later it's open again. And telling people on the phone that you ARE connected to Skip when I'm telling they aren't because I can't place an order? Not nice. Read more

I had never tasted Mr Sub and wanted to see the difference with other well known brands. I am not sure what is the discerning feature between this and the other big name in sandwiches.. The breads are the same, they have the same types of sandwiches, same trio choices. They ... did have mushrooms and green olives. Underwhelmed in my choice, grilled Louisiana chicken. Not a lot of taste, can't taste Louisiana. Similar to other options, not worth the detour. Read more
