Very bad experience since the last few times that I’ve been to this location…keeps changing policies anytime they feel like it. I wanted some garnish on the poutine just like how you get on the burger but they said we don’t give free garnish on small sized poutine now. Like????if we ... get a burger then it’s a free garnish but if I pay the same amount for a poutine and ask for it then it’s not free…doesn’t make any sense to me! Read more

First time I have ever had a bad experience at this location, but this time I went in with the kids and employee taking order did not know how to run a gift card, neither did the next employee whom said it was expired (expires august 2024). Said forget it ... and paid cash. Went to get our cups and counter top was filthy. Filled our drinks and found to be out of syrup. Informed one of the staff and they tell me now that none of the pops are available, only iced tea and lemonade. Got our food and decided to take food to go as tables and floor we filthy, which was surprising seeing as there was only us and 1 drive thru customer and 4 staff, 2 of which we standing around. Great drive-thru with friendly staff. They always give me extra pickles! Not all Harvey's locations are created equally, but I keep coming back to this location based on the consistent and prompt service (and remembering the extra pickles). For me, it is all about the extra pickles.

I frequent this Harvey's, Its is HAND DOWN the best customer service of any fast food place in the city! Food is always hot, they have never made a mistake with my meal, food is prepared quickly and they are so pleasant when ordering! Highly recommend this restaurant!
