Coffee Culture Café & Eatery - Ingersoll, Ontario

Calm, relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff. Definitely not a Tim Hortons vibe. ;) But now they are closed and the site is soon to be a bar. ;'-(

Poor service. So let me clarify why. I sat down to charge my phone and get wifi. So i could have money transfed to my account as I was working near by Temporarily on night shift and live out of town. I had every intention of making a purchase. As a ... matter of fact I was going to come back later for dinner. Before work. Well the owner seen fit to kick me out. I saw his point but the poor service point comes in the way I was treated. He would have not only gave me time to get money. He lost revenue for he has everything I needed I am guessing around $60.00 over two days. Every customer is valuble he could have asked in a more polite way. Perfect for a coffee date, with a cozy fireplace area to sit and enjoy. Service is always fast and friendly. Good coffee/specialty drinks and delicious desserts. One of the nice places in town where you can go, sit, and enjoy.

Coffee culture is always my favourite chain coffee shop, and this one joins the rest with it's excellent beverages and pastries, friendly staff, and this store is also heavily involved in local issues important to the region. This store will become a regular stop whenever we are in the town!

Bonnie, Matt and their staff are awesome! I eat here very regularly as I work downtown Ingersoll and they always go above and beyond to make me happy, and their fair trade coffee is amazing!
