Everything about this place is clean tidy and professional. I ate in the restaurant for dinner then later for cheesecake and coffe. My waitress Lea was awesome with conversation, suggestions and recommendations. Between dinner and cheesecake I had a 1hr relaxation massage with Angela. Again everything was clean and tidy. ... The conversation was so good the time was gone in an instant. Breakfast was delicious I tried both the hot and cold selections there was plenty available including an omelet chef for that special omelet only you like. I hosted my wedding here yesterday and I could not be more thankful for their amazing work! Brittany the Coordinator, Raj the Server were shining stars! Oh and I cannot forget the house keeper who gave me a lighter! The food was incredible, the staff was exceptional! 10 out of 10 recommend!

My husband and I recently got married here (in the Carriage House) and it was such an incredible day. Brittany and Jennifer were both so helpful answering all of our questions, providing clear expectations, and providing direction with their wealth of experience of hosting events and weddings. The food is delicious ... here, and it was very special to have Chef Philippe personally congratulate us on our wedding. I recently officiated my daughter and new son in law's wedding here and I was very impressed by the setting, the food, and the service! The ceremony was planned for outdoors, but due to the rain, we had to move it inside. The staff were so helpful and provided a ... wedding arch for us to use in the Carriage House. After the ceremony, we had cocktails in the downstairs lounge while the staff revamped the ceremony space into a dining room. The food was fantastic! I loved that Philippe (the chef)came out to congratulate the bride and groom, and even remembered the name of our little grand daughter. Good sound system and lighting for the reception as well. We also appreciated the breakfast buffet the following morning. I highly recommend the Elmhurst for anyone planning a wedding. Read more

To start, I have no idea why this is rated a 3 Star hotel. We celebrated by wife's birthday on March 29 at Elmhurst Inn. We stayed in a King Fireplace room. It was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable ! Our room was ready at 3pm and we had a ... fantastic couples massage at 4pm, so relaxing , probably the best we've ever had. Dinner in the dining room was superb. Service staff were very attentive without being overbearing. The food was excellent! This was the first of many stays for us, I highly recommend this beautiful property ! It was certainly worth the drive from Mississauga ! Read more
