Pho Binh Minh - Hamilton, Ontario

We have delighted ourselves every time we visit. We don’t live in the area, but I assure you that it’s worth the drive. A half an hour drive and we fall in love all over again, every time! 😍 The staff are warm and friendly, the interior and atmosphere are all ... nice… however, if it’s the food you come here for, then you will be rewarded! I usually have a vermicelli dish with grilled meats. Chicken is succulent and’ delicious! In fact, all the food here will make everyone happy and satisfied. I recently dined at pho Binh Minh3 and had an excellent experience. The pho was incredibly flavorful, with a rich broth and tender beef. The stir-fried vegetables with shrimp were perfectly cooked and seasoned, offering a delightful mix of textures and tastes. To top it all off, the fried banana ... ice cream was a deliciously unique dessert that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Amazing!! I’m half Viet and Chinese, my fav food is Viet food - they carry some of my fav dishes that are otherwise hard to find in the area, even further into the GTA. The pho was spiced so well, with so much flavour and not too salty!! Service was ... very prompt and I have no complaints. 10/10 would recommend. Read more

This is one of our favourite places to eat Pho in Hamilton because they're really generous with the rice noodles; it fills up the bowl - pleeease keep this up. Additionally, you can really taste the beef flavoured soup with a clear broth. Another one of our favourite dish ... is the vermicelli with pork spring roll, shrimp and Vietnamese sausage. This dish is dry at first, but you pour the sweet and sour sauce to be soaked in the noodles. Really yummy! The place is cozy and good for groups. Read more
