Beware, they keep the rewards scanners always off. Owner is avoiding handing out free coffee and you collect no reward points here. Scam. Always short staffed, owner is avoiding paying and creates long lines. Avoid this location.

I was completely shocked about this location, it used be a very good one. My fiancée is very allergic to dairy and has asked for oat milk in her ice coffee but has gotten cream multiple times. They're rude, burnt our food while yelling "burn it burn it" and when I asked for the general manager's number, the manager gave me the store number ... instead so we can't escalate our issue... Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons, possibly the worst one I've been to. I came in 5:35 and grab a large cappuccino. Asked specifically to have it made properly because the last 4 I’ve purchased were made with only milk, this time it was made with cream????
