Pho Dau Bo - Hamilton, Ontario

One of the best phos I’ve had. I just came back from Vietnam and I’ve had a really hard time eating pho. The other stuff on their menu is good too, but the pho is the winner in my opinion. I drove down from Toronto twice to eat their food.

We ordered from Pho Dui Bo recently using Skip the Dishes. We ordered Pad Thai, Golden Calamari, Buttery Frogs Legs and Fresh Rolls with Grilled Pork. Skip the Dishes did a very efficient job, the food came quickly, packaged well and nice and hot. Overall the food was quite good. The ... star for us was the Fresh Rolls with Grilled Pork. The rest were as expected, very good but not out of ordinary. We did enjoy our meal. If there was any complaint it would have liked a Thai sauce with the Pad Thai and chop sticks. My pho was fine I enjoyed it. This place has a nice atmosphere and the workers are fine. But I can't get over the fresh rolls I bought. Such a rip off. If you decide to get the fresh rolls DON'T. I bought the grilled pork fresh rolls, when they ... came out and they put it down on my table I literally couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was probably 80% lettuce. They barely had any noodles inside and very little pork. I felt like I was eating a lettuce wrap. It was $10.50 before tax too. Probably not coming back. That left a bad impression. Food was good, not the best pho I’ve had but it filed the void. Served food quickly which was nice. I recommend the iced coffee it was delicious

Decent food but probably my least favourite of the local Pho spots. The beef noodle broth doesn't have as much depth to it as other places. Prices are fair for the portion size and the service is friendly. I'll be back to explore the menu more, as maybe I didn't ... order the right dish! Read more
