So happy to see them return to Locke Street and even happier to see they were open on New Years Day!! So we started the New Year off by stopping in and grabbing a half dozen to go. Great variety of standards and some combination flavours, savoury and ... sweet. They have a nice crunch on the exterior and yet they are so tender inside. I'm not a fan of cream cheese (I know...I know) but a couple slices of melted cheddar or any kind of cheese, or even peanut butter is delish. They offer freezer bags, so stock up to enjoy them anytime. Welcome home!! :) Read more
Go out of your way for these bagels and amazing crean cheese, and buy them by the dozen.
Found this gem of a place when living in Locke st area around 1999-2003. We moved out of the area and missed these bagels! Just recently found they moved closer to us! Thank you Locke St bakery! Nobody does bagel like you!

Glad to see a quality bagel shop in East Hamilton. Nice to have convenient parking too. Pro tip: you can get to the lot from Main Street (it is the last driveway before Locke street).
