I go almost 3 times a week for subs well priced but when their debt machine kept timing out I got asked to use the ATM which I did and then got shafted the $2 service fee that they could of knocked off the total. When I said something the ... old hag behind the counter goes oh well your card kept timing out.... But worked fine for ATM 🤔 thanks for wasting my lunch break... If your system is timing out for whatever reason it is on you guys not the customer. But anyways at least the lady who made my sub was very nice. Staff here are very friendly and patient. Always quick service. I love the subs here. One of the best in the city. They use fresh ingredients and offer lots of choices for toppings. Prices are reasonable. Mixed sub made with higher quality meats than most other places. Their western ... sandwich with cheese and bacon is really tasty if you're looking for breakfast before 1030 AM. Lots of choices for some ready to eat meals. Read more

Glow Variety and Groceteria has garnered quite a reputation for their renowned subs. I hadn't visited since the change in ownership to Hasty Market, and I must admit I had concerns about potential quality decline. However, I am delighted to report that my worries were unfounded. What's truly fantastic is that ... the same familiar staff members are still there. In addition, I took the opportunity to inquire about their thoughts on the new ownership, and they all expressed that it has brought about significant improvements and increased job satisfaction. The establishment has also undergone a much-needed interior renovation. Now, let's get to the main attraction: the subs. I can confidently say that they are just as delectable as before, if not even better. Admittedly, prices have seen an increase, but this seems to be a common trend everywhere, with businesses facing rising costs. Nevertheless, the subs remain reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. It still exudes that charming mom-and-pop shop ambiance, and the quality has, if anything, improved. Remarkably, they've retained the same name. Read more
