First time trying this place and will not be ordering again. Can’t properly put a chicken burrito bowl together. I had to dig deep to find the few pieces of chicken in my bowl. The bowl was missing beans and barely even had rice either. I was basically stuck eating ... cold veggies. Please retrain your incompetent employees on how to make a burrito bowl. So disappointed. The Uber app says the restaurant closes at 9 pm. But even at 8:42 pm we are unable to place order. When reached store at 8:45 pm the employee (lady) said “DON’T WASTE MY TIME”. And didnt took our order. When asked to take order, she told her owner is ... the one who made these rules. Really disappointed with this behaviour and Service. I ordered the churros, they took a long time to arrive and they were quite dry, they did give a lot of dipping sauces which is great but they are expensive, and some were raw inside. I would recommend going here but just don't get the churros.

Containers smaller for online orders and bigger for in store orders, got a deal buy 1 burrito bowl get 1 free, got just half boxes so divided one into two, quality was also poor, Different location preferred

I just received my order from skip the dishes and this is by far the worst experience I've had. First off - the portion sizes are so small for what you pay. Second, the burrito bowl I got had about 6 chunks of steak in it. The chips tasted stale ... but the guac was ok. And the pièce de ré·sis·tance, the STEAK tacos had NO STEAK and the rest of it was just slapped together. What was more irritating was that when I called them to ask about the order the "manager" who answered said "Oh there's nothing I can do about it, let me check on it ... I wasn't the one who made it, and I'm not a professional driver so you have to complain on skip the dishes for something to be done". Through out the whole thing, there was no apology or accountability taken and so for principle alone I will never order nor go to this place again. Save your money and go to Burrito Boyz instead!
