Amazing. The spicy miso ramen (manageable spice), was so good. I will be coming here often in the future.
I had the shoyu ramen. I don't have a lot of experience with ramen but I can tell you this was delicious. The broth was flavourful with great umami. The noodles had amazing bite and texture. The toppings (pork, egg, seaweed) all stood out. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended
Just had the spicy miso ramen. Oh My God. Was the best noodle soup i have ever had. Broth was rich and flavorful. Egg soft boiled perfectly. Instant smile on my face. Staff quick and friendly. Good price.
Amazing! The two staff members are super nice, helpful and have a contagious smile. I love their ramen and it is by far the best ramen in Hamilton. The spicy miso is my favourite. Their egg on the ramen is done to perfection. I also really like their Banh Mi, ... the saigonese is really good. This place is a must try. The noodles for the ramen are handmade in house too! I conquer! The reviews are all true!! That egg in the ramen is the most perfect thing I have ever eaten. I had Skip the Dishes deliver it for my lunch at work, and for a tiny delivery fee of $2 it was well worth the convenience!! YUM YUM
