The Capri Family Restaurant - Hamilton, Ontario

Today at 2 pm I scheduled a delivery through Uber for delivery between 445-515. Capri restaurant cancelled our order at 415 with no explanation. Pathetic communication. They should never have accepted the order if they cant fill it. You have lost a cystomer that has ordered more than ... 15 times in the past. Terrible customer service! Read more

A really nice family owned restaurant to have a family dinner. The atmosphere is lovely and even though we avoid places with bars, the ambiance made dining a good experience. If someone places an order on a food app, why wouldn't you give them the side that they paid for an upgrade on? Beware... on Door Dash you have the option for BOTH salad and pasta. I paid for the upgrade to rose sauce and instead only got the garden ... salad. I was told by the restaurant that you don't get both, you only get one. Okay fine... but why didn't you give me the one that I paid for the upgrade on? Also, the receipt clearly shows both so why wouldn't you honour that? I paid $27 (plus fees and tip) for a piece of chicken and some iceberg lettuce. Read more

I went with my friends for one of their birthdays and Capri Family Restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered the calamari, the carbonara spaghetti, margarita pizza, and lasagna. The server was extremely polite and even gave me free refills for my drink. Overall amazing food service and environment.

July 3 we had a Baptism for my grandson. They served it.The sevice from the 2 ladies excellent. The small room big enough.They have room for bigger parties upstairs.I hope that more people come and check this place out. They have a great wine that I tried.Their ... pasta sauce great tasting.
