Look how bad the reviews are here... Is it the food? I have no idea. Because at peak lunch hour on the weekend the trays of food were full and there was no one ready to serve people. Then I notice the lady sitting on her phone by the cash ... register. I went over and said hello but she didn't even look up. I walked away without ordering. Good is always fresh, portions are huge for the price and a mall, they never skimp on sauces or toppings! Honestly wish they had a location outside the mall so I could go later at night.

Found a thorn in the wrap, Falafel wrap was too dry, Pita smelled funny, Garlic sauce was under average, None of the additional instructions were followed. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent ! I recently ordered food from another restaurant and they were so stingy when it came to adding chicken that I was VERY happy with the taste and quantity of meat Villa Madina put in my food.
