I rarely leave reviews for "fast food" restaurants but I was very impressed by this place and they deserve all their positive reviews and then some. This is one of the best ran businesses I have ever been to. Mary Brown's should be proud of the staff here. The lady that took our ... order (who I'm assuming was Jasmine based on one of the reviews here) was super friendly, efficient and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. As we waited for our food I couldn't help but notice that each time she would handle an order of fries she would first place napkins in her hand before picking them up avoiding any contact. Kudos. I can only imagine if that's the attention to detail placing your order in a bag the hygiene levels in this place must be on par with a hospital if not better. Read more

Drive-through staff are extraordinarily friendly and upbeat at every visit. Must be a company policy, but even if it is, the results are noticed and appreciated. It's a hell of a nice change from the rather indifferent and below standard social interactions at other fast food places. ... Most important, the chicken is always excellent. It's been a while since I last had Mary Browns, this has to be some of the tastiest chicken, better than KFC or Pop eyes that is for sure. I love the big mary spicy sandwich and the Nashville taters.
