Today is Good. Friday you got maybe a 40 minute wait but the line has gone down tremendously so who knows. The only thing. I wish they did it wrap their fries & their fish in the newspaper. Yeah okay. Not ideal and health-wise. But it's old school wise. It ... sucked up all the extra grease. And your food doesn't go soggy. Buy up the old days newspapers. It doesn't hurt. I’ve been going here for 3 years and multiple times A Week. I always tip well because I felt they deserved it. Not sure what’s happened , but after today I will never return. My fries were burnt and it happened last week also. I brought back today as I ... had company . I didn’t complain just asked for fries that aren’t burnt. Immediately I was given attitude , told that “ I have to request lightly done” . Then the bag is thrown on counter , she doesn’t even say sorry or speak to me at all . I’ve never had a problem until the last few months. Don’t blame a customer for your mistake and treat me like that. Especially when I just gave you a $5 tip! As for the man who is in charge and who was also speaking to customers at the time, instead of apologizing for how I was treated , you say “ she was giving me attitude” and dismissed how she was treating me. Went for the halibut. It was ok. Small piece of fish. To many fries. Kinda a disappointment tbh. Need to find a good place for halibut.

I have ordered from here a few time and the food is decent for fish and chips. But the last time I ordered two pieces of Halibut one piece was normal and the other piece was basically just batter and a dried thin piece of fish (see photos). I don't ... understand how the cooks could consciously cook this and give it to a customer for take out when the price per Halibut piece is almost $20 a pop. I won't be back. Read more
