I'm saddened that it closed and my dad will miss it too, but I'm glad that we got to enjoy it even a few times. Thank you for the excellent meals.

Desserts on the menu were not available and the ones ordered were stale. The waitress would always disappear in the back and we would have to hunt her down to get next course to order or get the bill. Not impressed. Main course was okay but not ... exceptional. Read more

This place is in my area and I had always wanted to try it. I like to support small local businesses and I'm always looking for those hidden gems. I saw that it was recently featured on You Gotta eat here so that sealed the deal. I decided to get ... take out - big mistake. I ordered the chicken schnitzel large meal which cost me $20. I was told it would take 10 minutes, which wasn't a problem. As I waited a group of 14 people walked in. They were turned away? The waitress said that for groups that size they needed a reservation. I was surprised as they weren't busy. Anyways the group of 14 went somewhere else. My food was ready and I was out the door. Got home ready to enjoy my meal. Visually the schnitzel looked like it had been sitting a while and re-fried, and that's exactly how it tasted. I couldn't get down one bite - Garbage. The dumplings were good and the creamy coleslaw was pretty standard. I ended up making a sandwich for dinner. I was planning to bring my kids here so glad I didn't. My suggestion to izabels is if you are going to promote your restaurant on t.v. The food better be fresh and good. Needless to say I won't be back. Read more

Fully enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent and friendly without being overly familiar. They didn't have decaf coffee so our waitress went out in the snow to Tim's for one. Love it. Will be back.

Delicious home cooked food. This is one of my favourite restaurants! There are many gluten-free options. There are daily specials although there is a full menu to choose from. The portion sizes very good and the price is very reasonable.
