Got there right as the mall opened on a Saturday 3 hungry boys who had never experienced the greatness that is a fresh still warm Cinnabon!! We sat inside with a peach lemonade to wash them down… Delicious, friendly service and a great start to a family day shopping Well done Cinnabon!

My recent experience at Cinnabon left me feeling disappointed. I had high hopes of enjoying their delicious sweet treats, but unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed everything else. When my mother and I entered the store, we were met with indifference from the two employees behind the counter. Despite my ... polite greeting, they didn't bother to acknowledge us or show any interest in serving the waiting customers. Instead, they seemed more focused on their conversation with each other. After driving for 25 minutes to reach the store, it was disheartening to be treated with such disregard. The staff's rude behavior made us feel unwelcome. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and appreciation, regardless of the situation.I hope that Cinnabon takes the necessary steps to address this customer service issue. so my visit to Cinnabon was disappointing due to the lack of attention and service from the staff. Sweet tasting cinnamon bun with pecans. I almost finished the entire bun before I remembered to take a photo. It was delish!

some pretty nice polite staff, some a little scary. The food is really good and the chillfactr drinks are incredibly good!! my go to for a cool refreshing, yummy drink in the mall!

Yuuuuuuuuuuuummmm! The seats are pretty uncomfortable though so I would probably take it to go! Options for classic cinnamon buns, mini versions, cinnamon roll middles, and cinnamon twists plus an assortment of drinks.
