Boston Pizza - Hamilton, Ontario

The staff was courteous. The food was great. I enjoyed sitting and having a good Pasta dish.

Came on a Wednesday at around 8:50pm , the restaurant, patio and bar area were empty. Only one more table that left shortly after we came. Our server syntheia was extremely unprofessional. She only took the order from one of us and proceeded to run away. When she came back ... with waters she put them on the table so fast and left again without acknowledging us nor allowing me to place an order. Luckily the host was the one who brought the first order so I was able to actually order. Had the Mediterranean and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian was underbaked. One of the kitchen employees was walking in the restaurant with a cigarette in their mouth. When we were done and ready to leave, we waited about 10 min. There was no one around and not even at the front or at the bar as we went to see if we can get the bill. Each pizza took about 15-20 minutes wait. Go elsewhere. Read more

Haven't been to this location in about a year as my previous visit was not an enjoyable one. Decided to try it again and was glad I did. Our server Isaac was very warm and welcoming to us and was great with our kids as well. Our youngest has a ... dairy allergy and Isaac was made aware of this before ordering our meals so for dessert instead of ice cream he came over with a little slushie drink for her. I ordered nachos and they gave me smaller than a spoonful of meat ……like i don’t understand how you’s can happily deliver food to people knowing it’s not something you’d be happy with ! Picked up food tonight, sadly disappointed. When I ordered I clearly stated that I wanted the pizza toppings to the edge. The employee taking my order repeated it back to me, so I thought it would be what I asked for. My pizza has more crust than a regular one ... would. Cute that it was shaped like a heart, but so much crust. The cheesy garlic bread was incredibly small. At least the pasta was good. Read more
