We've only been here a few times and it is very consistent. There is decent parking and small seating area out the front. The speed of service is ok and the staff are pleasant. The wait was horrible and it wasn’t even busy inside or at the drive through and it seemed like nobody was doing anything but just cruising around. The first time I ordered my wrap it was completely wrong and when I politely asked for it to be made with the ... correct order and they told me it was my fault and I had to put up a fight for them to make my order right, not to mention half the employees don’t speak English and ordering itself took 5 five minutes to translate to the cashier and then waiting for my food took about 10 minutes not to mention I had to do it twice. Love them blizzards, but staff was slow as hell. 3 cars were damn near 30min wait. Don't dine there because it's a dump and everything is sticky. Reply to owner: Seems to me you need to get your staff up to par because they were pining about. Get them to keep ... their eye on the ball, maybe provide them incentives. Pre-orders are ruining the service industry, I'd probably end up with a blizzard soup, which reminds me they didn't even hold the blizzard in the trademark fashion... Chicken saturated in a tasteless sauce not even close to honey bbq and I asked for ranch dip and got back to my office and found honey mustard in the bag. too late to drive back as this was ... on my lunch work break. Great place for families to dine or order takeout. I order birthday cakes for every birthday. The manager Michelle is fantastic. Very accommodating and does a great job decorating cakes.
