Pagoda Chop Suey House - Hamilton, Ontario

Delicious! Ordered ahead for take out for New Years Eve. The food was hot, fresh and very good! Especially enjoyed the Szechuan Chicken Lo Mein!

Had pagoda tonight. It was awful. Breaded shrimp was so hard that my filling came out. Cantonese chow mein was dry and hell and had a super weird taste. Spareribs were also hard. $80 and it all went in the garbage .

Placed order for pick up at 5pm. They were very busy with 5 people ahead of me but they were working as a well oiled machine and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. They apologized and I said there was no need they were doing a great ... job. My food containers were full to overflowing and they plastic plastic wrap between the food and lids to protect it. The worst customer service I ever had. The lady sitting in the front to take order is playing ludo game in her phone don't even give any response for the questions I asked. Very rude. Never going back to the place again. I only brought food from here because I ... did a long drive to reach the place. Our family has been going to this location since I was a kid and I'm 60 years old now, I still treat myself to this wonderful tasting food evey once in a while.. Highly recommend..
