This small take-out Caribbean restaurant offers a good-sized portion of food. The roti was delicious and the owner was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for Caribbean food.
The food was amazing. the portion is big for what you pay for. The owner was extremely nice . I'm from Toronto and was in Hamilton for work. I was craving for Caribbean food around and went to one that was near my hotel. The food was so terrible that ... it scared me to never eat Caribbean food while im in Hamilton. The next day my co-workers asked me to go with them for food, we ended up at Famous Recipe and after their order, i was tempted to also order something small. I explained to the owner about my experience with the other place from the night before. He secured me that his food would be different and indeed it was. If you are in town and feeling for Caribbean food, visit this place. i highly recommend it.
