Alicia was the best server I’ve ever had. She was super quick and very kind with my parents, who have trouble ordering when they go to a new place to eat. Joseph was also extremely kind and seated us very quickly. Definitely coming back to Swiss Upper James soon!

We had the best experience with our server Emma at the Swiss Chalet on upper James. It was a Friday evening and our family of 4 was treated really well. The food was hot and tasty and Emma was patient and friendly with our kids. An over all 10/10 !

Did an online order on the app, and picked up. No issues. Easy to use. Food was ready , hot and well packed. Got it home and the order was correct. Food tasted great. Tried it for the first time. This diner place is known for their rotisserie chicken. The server was nice, polite and recommended us what to order.
