Kelsey’s - Hamilton, Ontario

Went in for happy hour, was not impressed. I never write reviews and I’m pretty lenient on servers because I know how it is to work in food service. Ross was our server and she didn’t even check on us once when we got our meal. We finished our meal ... and wanted another round of drinks. Easily waited 20 minutes and no sign of her. She even went to the table who got sat after us and ignored our table. Each time I come here I expect something different, yet I’m always met with the same experience. Ive been here all the time and since Covid it hasn’t been the same. They do not care to check on how their customer is doing, only care about a tip. It’s frustrating not only experiencing it but having to deal with this each time, I can safely say I did not enjoy my time. Dining out is supposed to be a pleasant experience but not here. Read more

The service was prompt and courteous, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and our needs were always met with a smile. Megan was such an amazing server! She was very nice and gave excellent suggestions. The food was really good, I’ve always loved the spinach dip. Came out looks great and tasted amazing. By far the worst Kelsey’s of all the chains. From the servers to cooks and managers of the restaurant specifically the general manager named:AMIT who thinks being served uncooked raw chicken wings and burnt pitas mixed with cold unfried pitas is acceptable(not sure how this is even possible I will ... attach pictures you be the judge).Having to drive back 15 min to return the food to be greeted with rude disrespectful tone when I spent money for my food to be at least cooked and to give attitude and say you were replacing the food when I gave back all of it and just wanted my money back.YOU decided instead of refunding my money you would make me wait three to five business days just to be a pernicious PRICK! When I could’ve gotten cash or refunded back to my debit on the spot,worked in food industry especially when it only a 40 dollar bill.I can tell now why nobody goes to these locations anymore head office needs to take a look at this location on all levels the customers pay your bills and to be treated like that from a general manager is outright disgusting get a different job if you don’t know how to deal with people cordially and fairly especially for a company you don’t own. This is a great location with good food and drinks. The burgers are juicy and really big! The spinach dip is legendary as the menu suggests. The funnell cake fries are a perfect dessert to split on a date. The cocktails and drink specials are very reasonable compared to most ... places. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked good and the portions are fair. The customer service and store specific followup from the manager, Ian, was impressive. Taylor was an amazing server!
