Hammer Town Subs - Hamilton, Ontario

Quite possibly the worst subs I have ever seen made in my life. Meatballs that look like they came through an extrusion machine, they were not round but cylindrical with pinched ends. Can I rate less than one? Ok when first opened caesar salads were good ..plentiful and pretty good. Last week ordered one I think they spent more on the container than what was in it really. Tonight ordered a chicken caesar salad and yeah I'm pretty sure a caesar salad ... is not supposed to have cucumbers tomatoes red peppers and spinach leaves....threw it out place went downhill in a hurry. .. This fresh new sub place is doing a great job so far. The hours are amazing, open til 12am so whenever you get off work you can grab a quick sub. Lots of flavour combinations and the HT Mega could honestly feed me for three days straight. Subway can't compare - ... and Hammer Town also has ice cream, salads and all the other fixings you look for in a well rounded small restaurant. Bike friendly, located in a great spot, parking is usually available. The staff are great and will go the extra mile to give you the sub you ask for. Don't get me started on how good the cookies are.
