Wendy’s - Hamilton, Ontario

We had visited this location for lunch as part of a class trip, from out of town. We had called ahead multiple times to confirm our timing, which it was. Unfortunately the messages must not have been relayed to the team. We staggered the classes to make it easier ... for the team. When the first part of our group arrived, one of the Staff freaked out and left, which left only one Cashier! The kids were great and handled it extremely well. The one and only Cashier for 50+ kids was AMAZING! She deserves a pat on the back and more...she was patient and kind wirh every kid. I ordered delivery and the portions were absolutely ridiculous. All my wraps came in different portions and the fries weren't portioned properly. You can clearly see that the wrap was under portioned. All 4 of my wraps were like this.

So my roommates and I wanted to grab some Wendy’s after a soccer game and it was 11:30pm and we had to go through the drive through. We ran up an $80 order and the employees were extremely kind and patient with us.The service was quick and they got every ... thing right. Did a mobile drive through order. No issues with the service. They had my order ready and got everything correct in the bags Food was fresh and tasty. However the chilli was a bit watery with hardly any meats and substance in there I would recommend for a fast food joint. One would only ... hope that the good experience one person gets it will be the same experience for all others. I ordered breakfast from this location because I wanted to give them another chance, and I really enjoy Wendy's when craving fast food. This is the second time I've ordered from this particular location and paid for extras I did not receive. It may not seem like a big deal, ... but to me it demonstrates a lack of attention and care that could be life threatening (if you you have allergies for example)! I'll be looking at other Wendy's franchise locations for future orders as it is extremely unlikely this one will get a third chance, and I certainly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a restaurant that will provide you the food you've paid them for!
