Dining room dirty. Most staff had earpods in and checking their phones. This is disgusting. Do you guys wash your hands, probly not if u are playing with ur dirty phones and ears.

Sitting in the parking lot. Ordered about 10 minutes ago. They've pulled over 4 cars...waiting on fries. For 10 minutes?? No apology, no coupon, no voucher. Will never be back. Ridiculous.

Let's make this short and sweet. Cashier/server could not care less to even speak during the order process. I thanked her for her time after I ordered. She then let my order sit in the window until another employee told her to build it. The burger had pieces of bone in it. And ... was very overcooked/dry. See picture. This location is horrendous. They truly don’t care about the quality of the product they are serving their customers. I have been served disgusting, inedible food items from this location more than once and it’s definitely my fault for trying to give them another chance. Third times the charm - ... ordered a large onion ring as I prefer theirs to A&W’s but holy cow - they served me another stone cold, charred, burnt, disgusting mess that tasted of dirty fryer oil. The trash ate more than I could. Will never be back and they should seriously shut this location down. absolutely zero efforts to be consistent with the brands goal to serve “quality” food.
