West End Diner - Hamilton, Ontario

Fantastic western diner with an amazing, almost tantalising, massive menu and positive vibes. The staff were really lovely and friendly, offering refills and checking up on us regularly. The atmosphere of the building was beautiful and inviting, with a western theme and pictures. The food, now don't get me started, the portions were ... absolutely massive!!! I ordered a double cheese burger and was not expecting the size of the patties. In the UK we get measly sized patties so thought a double burger would be small but my goodness I would be careful with what you order because you will get more than what you ask for! What made us laugh the most was we ordered our meals and got poutine as substitutes and the table was full of chips, and then the waitress came back saying the chef didn't put enough chips on and we had to refuse as it was so much food! Generous portions. Sausages were very good, bacon just okay (pre over-cooked and then warmed up). Coffee was good with a bottomless cup. Service was very good. Pancakes?... No... Go around the corner to Stacks for pancakes.

food was absolutely delicious! potato perogies as an appetizer. i got the chicken souvlaki pita and my boyfriend got a smoked salmon bagel for lunch. our server was claudia.. she was amazing!

A nice casual diner. Friendly staff and courteous service. We really enjoyed the food! We had a Philly cheese steak sandwich, along with a greek salad and some thai chicken bites appetizers. All of which came in generous and satisfying portions! Our waitress was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Excellent!.Great food for every time of day. Huge menu. Friendly staff. We’ve been going here for years for a reason. Prices everywhere have increased, however, you definitely get your moneys worth here.Fair prices. Big portions. Fresh absolutely delicious food. Give them a try and enjoy
